Booking terms

   Booking

   Your dates are only confirmed once a deposit has been received; its amount is agreed when you contact us, and its payment confirms the booking.

   Payment

   The remaining balance is due before arrival or as agreed with the property. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash on site (card payment coming soon).

3. 3

   Minimum stay

   3 nights.

   Check-in and check-out

   Times to be confirmed with the property when booking.

5. 5

   Included areas

   The rental includes the areas of the villa booked (Dar Jmel, Dar Abi Samama, or the whole estate). Other areas are not part of the rental unless expressly authorised.

   Care of the premises

   Guests agree to use the facilities with care and respect. Any damage caused by guests or their visitors is the responsibility of the person who made the booking.

7. 7

   Safety

   Use of the pool, gardens and other facilities is at the guests' own risk.

8. 8

   Conduct

   Illegal activity, vandalism or any behaviour endangering people or the property is not permitted. The property may end the stay in case of serious breach.

   Pets

   Policy to be confirmed with the property before booking.

10. 10

    Cancellations

    Any cancellation must be notified as early as possible. Refund terms are agreed between the parties at the time of booking.
